Original GM Steering Wheel Spacer

Part has been cleaned.  GM made these spacers for certain types of wheels to keep the steering wheel hub from rubbing the upper housing.  And this is needed in some aftermarket applications. So if you put a new wheel on your column and it is rubbing the upper bowl this will take care of your problem.
